The Terms of Sale are part Chicano Auto Detailing LLC Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests abide when using the service. When you book online or via phone with Chicano Auto Detailing LLC, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Prices and wash packages contents are subject to change at Chicano Auto Detailing LLC discretion at anytime; all such changes will be reflected on www.chicano-auto-detailing.com
Payment is due upon completion of the scheduled service. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards. If a card is declined, the customer is responsible for providing an alternative form of payment immediately. If payment is not resolved within 48 hours of the declined transaction, we reserve the right to initiate a collections process for the outstanding balance.
All packages are time-based to ensure fairness. We complete as much as possible within your scheduled timeframe. If additional time is needed due to vehicle size or condition, a surcharge starting at $75+ may apply with your approval. If declined, we will prioritize and finish within the original booking time; results may be limited. A final walkthrough will be conducted upon completion. If you are unavailable, you agree to accept the vehicle as delivered. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Declined payments must be resolved immediately; balances unpaid after 48 hours may be sent to collections. We may collect card details to secure bookings and may reschedule due to weather, staffing, or equipment issues. Customers must remove all personal belongings; we are not liable for lost items or pre-existing damage. Vehicles are serviced at the customer’s own risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes. Claims are limited to the cost of the service. Additional work outside the booking scope may be charged at $50 per hour. A minimum 20% surcharge applies to biohazard cleaning (urine, vomit, blood, feces, or hazardous materials).
You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to approval and availability. This policy applies to all retail-priced detailing services.
If there is clear evidence that the service technician did not complete the package as ordered or workmanship is unsatisfactory, we will redo the affected portion of the service at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion by phone at (703)-870-1547, text at (703)-870-1547, or email at chicanoautodetailing@gmail.com. Photos of the affected area must be sent via email or text within 24 hours of filing the claim.
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Chicano Auto Detailing LLC shall do its best to let you know about any delay of delivery.
From time to time, Chicano Auto Detailing LLC may offer a referral program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Chicano Auto Detailing LLC services by sharing a unique referral link provided to you by Chicano Auto Detailing LLC (“Referral Link”) with your friends.Note that combining credits & coupons is not possible.To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer of Chicano Auto Detailing LLC and use your Referral Link to sign up for the Services. You may not collect referrals by:
♦ self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses;
♦ referring anyone who is an existing Chicano Auto Detailing LLC customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address;
♦ using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don’t personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party terms of use;
♦ posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other online venues;
♦ permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account;
♦ referring fake people to Chicano Auto Detailing LLC, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Chicano Auto Detailing LLC with false or misleading information;
♦ using the Referral Link in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Chicano Auto Detailing LLC in a negative light; or
♦ referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice.
♦ If Chicano Auto Detailing LLC determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of these terms, Chicano Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Chicano Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
