All detailing packages are time-based to ensure fairness for every vehicle and customer. We will complete as much as possible within your scheduled timeframe. If additional time is needed due to the vehicle’s size or condition, a surcharge starting at $75+ may apply. We will always notify you and request approval before continuing. If additional time is declined, we will prioritize key areas and complete the service within the originally booked timeframe. Please note: If extra time is declined, your vehicle may not achieve full restoration results. We will complete as much as possible within the time scheduled — nothing less, nothing more.
Our team may arrive up to 90 minutes after your scheduled time due to traffic or job delays. You’ll receive real-time SMS updates as we head your way. We require access and keys to perform your service, and by booking, you authorize our team to operate and reposition the vehicle if needed. If we’re unable to access or begin the service upon arrival, cancellation or reschedule fees may apply.
At the end of your appointment, we will walk you through the results to ensure you are fully satisfied with the service. If you are unavailable at the time of completion, you agree to accept the condition of the vehicle as delivered. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Concerns raised after this 24-hour window or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed.
Payment is due immediately after service by credit or debit card, or cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid in full. If you plan to leave during a mobile appointment, please check out with your technician before departing — we’ll continue working on the vehicle as scheduled. By booking, you authorize Chicano Auto Detailing LLC to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved service extensions. All sales are final.
Once your vehicle is ready for pickup, you have 24 hours to retrieve it unless prior arrangements are made. After the first 24 hours, a storage fee of 5% of the total service amount per day will apply. Our shop operates on a tight schedule, and space is limited. We cannot accommodate vehicles left for extended periods, as this impacts our ability to serve other customers. Please make timely pickup arrangements to avoid additional fees.
Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of completion unless prior arrangements are made. After 24 hours, a $50 daily storage fee applies. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure availability for other clients, we reserve limited indoor space for active appointments only.
By booking our services, you grant Chicano Auto Detailing LLC permission to photograph your vehicle for training or marketing use unless you request otherwise in writing.
